The Challenge
Selling a private business or raising investment is a delicate process. Owners need to expose financials only to serious, vetted buyers, while investors need a reliable way to find opportunities that fit their criteria and to verify what they are told before committing capital.
In practice this work runs through scattered emails, shared drives and informal introductions, with little control over who sees what, no clear record of access, and no structured path from first interest to a signed deal.
Our Solution
We built a B2B investment marketplace for the GCC with a Saudi base, using SAR as the base currency and multi-currency support with exchange rates. Owners list companies and opportunities through a three-step flow and admins approve each listing. Investors build profiles, and the platform matches them to opportunities using weighted criteria and scores companies for investment fit.
Confidentiality is built into the deal path. A click-to-sign NDA generates a PDF and unlocks an access-logged data room with default folders. Messaging works before and after the NDA, and a deal pipeline with deal tranches tracks each transaction. For due diligence, buyers choose from invite-only inspection firms that set their own prices per deal-size band, with payment held under an escrow and refund model.
One user can hold several roles (owner, investor, admin) and switch between them under capability-based permissions. Identity and company verification is reviewed manually by admins, and a back office of about 28 admin screens covers the rest of the operation.

- Arabic-first, fully bilingual: Arabic and English with right-to-left support, on a responsive web app with a mobile bottom-tab layout.
- Tested and audited: a suite of about 460 automated tests running on MySQL, plus a completed security audit with fixes merged.
