We engineered a highly scalable headless e-commerce platform built to seamlessly absorb 10x traffic spikes during Eid without sweating. To solve the custom order bottleneck, we developed a bespoke interactive "Build-Your-Own-Cake" wizard that integrates directly with the kitchen's ERP display systems.
Furthermore, we deployed an automated delivery dispatching service that clusters orders geographically and assigns them to specialized refrigerated fleets in real-time using live traffic routing.
